Section 104 (HVAC): Condenser: Installation

Install in the reverse order of removal.
CAUTION: Replace the O-rings on hoses or pipes with new ones, and then apply compressor oil. Confirm that lower guide of condenser has been fitted into holes on radiator panel.

Charge refrigerant. Refer to OPERATION , Refrigerant Charging Procedure.
Tightening torque:
1. Refer to AIR CONDITIONING UNIT , COMPONENT, General Description and RADIATOR AND RADIATOR FAN , COMPONENT, General Description.
