Front Door Glass: Removal

Remove the front door trim. Refer to REMOVAL , Front Door Trim.
Remove the sealing cover. Refer to REMOVAL , Front Sealing Cover.
Remove the outer mirror assembly. Refer to REMOVAL , Outer Mirror Assembly.
Remove the gusset.

Remove the stabilizers and trim hooks.

Remove the rear end of door weather strip and weather strip outer.

Operate the power window switch to move glass to position shown in the figure, and then remove the two nuts from the service holes.

Remove the door glass.

CAUTION:
- Do not turn regulator in the closing direction after removal of the glass. Otherwise gear may be disengaged.
- Avoid impact and damage to the glass.
