Measure the resistance between horn switch terminal and airbag module bracket.

SWITCH POSITION SPECIFICATION

Switch position	Terminal No.	Resistance
When horn switch is pushed	Horn switch terminal and airbag module bracket	Less than 1 ohm
When horn switch is not pushed	Horn switch terminal and airbag module bracket	More than 1 Mohm
