Check Battery Disconnect Protection

- Remove the key from the ignition switch.
- Close all the doors.
- Open the front hood.
- Press the LOCK/ARM button of transmitter, and then wait until the security indicator light repeats 2 blinks per 1 second at interval of 1 second.
- Disconnect the ground cable from the battery.
- Reconnect the cable to the battery.
- Make sure that the security indicator light repeats 2 blinks per 1 second at interval of 1 second. If NG, replace the keyless entry control module.
