Section 92 (Starting System & Charging System (H4SO)): Generator: Removal

  1. Disconnect the ground cable from the battery.

  2. Disconnect the connector and terminal from generator.
    • 2.5 L Non-turbo model

  3. Remove the V-belt covers.
  4. Remove the V-belts.

    <Ref. to FRONT SIDE BELT , REMOVAL, V-belt .> or <Ref. to FRONT SIDE BELT , REMOVAL, V-belt .> <Ref. to REMOVAL , V-belt .>

  5. Remove the bolts which install the generator onto bracket.
