Starting System & Charging System (H4SO): Starter: Removal

Disconnect the ground cable from battery.

Remove the air intake chamber. (Non-turbo model) Ref. to REMOVAL (H4SO), Air Intake Chamber. Ref. to REMOVAL (H6DO), Air Intake Chamber.
Remove the intercooler. (Turbo model)
Ref. to REMOVAL (H4DOTC), Intercooler.
Remove the air intake chamber stay LH. (2.5 L non-turbo model)
Disconnect the connector and terminal from starter.

Remove the starter from transmission.
