CVTF Cooler Pipe and Hose: Installation

CAUTION: When installing the CVTF cooler pipe assembly on vehicle side, be careful not to bend the A/C pipe.

Temporarily attach the CVTF cooler pipe assembly to vehicle.
Install the CVTF cooler pipe assembly to vehicle.
Tightening torque:

7.5 N.m (0.76 kgf-m, 5.5 ft-lb)

Install the A/C pipe to clip.
Install the battery cable bracket, and install the battery cable clip to the bracket.
Tightening torque:

7.5 N.m (0.76 kgf-m, 5.5 ft-lb)

Install the engine coolant reservoir tank. Refer to RESERVOIR TANK CO(H4SO)-25, INSTALLATION, Reservoir Tank.
Lift up the vehicle.
Install the CVTF inlet hose and CVTF outlet hose.
NOTE: Use the new CVTF inlet hose and CVTF outlet hose.

Install the inlet hose and outlet hose on radiator side.
NOTE: Use the new inlet hose and outlet hose.

Install the under cover.
Lower the vehicle.
Install the battery.
Adjust the CVTF level and check there is no leakage. Refer to , ADJUSTMENT , CVTF.
