Rear Sub Frame: Removal

- Separate the front exhaust pipe and rear exhaust pipe.
- Remove the rear exhaust pipe and muffler.
- Remove the propeller shaft.
Refer to REMOVAL , Propeller Shaft.
- Remove the spare tire hoist. Refer to REMOVAL .
- Remove the rear parking brake cable from the parking brake assembly. Refer to REMOVAL , Parking Brake Assembly (Rear Disc Brake).
- Detach the brake hose, and remove the rear brake caliper from the vehicle.
- Disconnect the ABS wheel speed sensor connector.
- Remove the bolts on the bottom side of the shock absorber.
- Support the sub frame using a jack.
- Remove the front sub frame.
- Remove the rear sub frame.
