Fuel Pump Control Unit: Installation

  1. Connect the connector to the fuel pump control module.
  2. Install the fuel pump control module.

    Tightening torque: 

    5 N.m (0.5 kgf-m, 3.7 ft-lb) 

  3. Install the trunk trim panel assembly - side on RH side. (Sedan model) < Ref. to INSTALLATION , Rear Quarter Trim. >
  4. Install the right side rear quarter trim. (OUTBACK model) < Ref. to INSTALLATION , Rear Quarter Trim. >
  5. Connect the ground terminal to battery sensor. < Ref. to BATTERY , NOTE, Repair Contents. >
