Memory Height Switch: Inspection

Measure the resistance between switch terminals.

Circuit tester

Terminal No.	Inspection conditions	Standard
1 - 4	Switch OFF	1 MΩ or more
1 - 4	Switch ON	Less than 1 Ω

Apply battery voltage between the connector terminals to check lighting condition of illumination inside the switch.

Terminal No.	Inspection conditions	Specification
2 (+) - 3 (-)	Apply battery voltage.	Light ON

Replace the memory height switch, if the inspection result is not within the standard value.
