Center Differential Carrier: Installation

WARNING: This page is about a different variant/trim than selected.

Install the seal rings.
NOTE:
- Use new seal rings.
- Do not stretch the seal ring excessively.
- Apply CVTF after installation.

Install the center differential assembly.

Install the transfer clutch. <Ref. to INSTALLATION , Transfer Clutch.>
Select driven plate No. 3 to replace. <Ref. to ADJUSTMENT , Transfer Clutch.>
Install the rear drive shaft. <Ref. to INSTALLATION , Rear Drive Shaft.>
Select the rear drive shaft shim. <Ref. to ADJUSTMENT , Rear Drive Shaft.>
Install the extension case. <Ref. to INSTALLATION , Extension Case.>
Install the transmission assembly to the vehicle.
