Toe Control Link: Inspection

Inspection of toe control link sub-assembly LH
1. Inspection of ball joint
  1. Install the mounting nut on the stud of the toe control link sub-assembly LH.
  2. Vibrate and turn the stud.
    Criteria: There is no abnormal interference or play during vibration and turning.

  3. If there is abnormal interference or play during vibration and turning, replace the toe control link sub-assembly LH.
2. Dust cover inspection
  1. Check the dust cover for cracks or grease leakage.
  2. If there are cracks or grease leakage on the dust cover, replace the toe control link sub-assembly LH.
