1. Using the Check List for Interview, ask the customer the condition of how the trouble occurred. Ref. to MODEL WITH 6.2 INCH DISPLAY , CHECK, Check List for Interview.
2. Check the battery.
   • H4 model: Ref. to INSPECTION , Battery.
   • H6 model: Ref. to INSPECTION , Battery.
3. Proceed to "Diagnostics with Phenomenon" in "INFOTAINMENT SYSTEM (DIAGNOSTICS)". Ref. to AUDIO SYSTEM , LIST, Diagnostics with Phenomenon.

Model with 7 inch display 

Proceed to "Basic Diagnostic Procedure" in "INFOTAINMENT SYSTEM (DIAGNOSTICS)". Ref. to BASIC DIAGNOSTIC PROCEDURE .
