CHECK OPERATION OF Subaru Rear Vehicle Detection INDICATOR
- Check the Subaru Rear Vehicle Detection system. Ref. to BASIC DIAGNOSTIC PROCEDURE .
- Check the outer mirror assembly.
- Check that the BSD/RCTA indicator on the mirror surface illuminates normally when the BSD/RCTA OFF switch is turned ON while it is installed to the vehicle.
- If it does not illuminate normally, replace the mirror - repair.
- Check that it illuminates normally. If it does not illuminate normally, replace the outer mirror assembly.
