Front Seat: Installation
- Bring the front seat inside the vehicle.
- Connect the connectors located under the front seat.
- Install the seat assembly.CAUTION:
- Tighten the slide rail assembly installing bolts in the order as shown in the figure, in several steps by gradually increasing the torque until they reach the specified torque.
- Securely install the bolt cover. Incorrect installation may result in deformation of claws or detachment while driving the vehicle.
Tightening torque:
53 N.m (5.4 kgf-m, 39.1 ft-lb)
- Tighten the slide rail assembly installing bolts in the order as shown in the figure, in several steps by gradually increasing the torque until they reach the specified torque.
- Connect the battery ground terminal. Ref. to REPAIR CONTENTS>NOTE>BATTERY .
- Install the headrest assembly.
- Regarding the passenger's seat, perform [Rezeroing] for the occupant detection system. Ref. to OCCUPANT DETECTION (DIAGNOSTICS)>REZERO .
