Rear Lock Button: Installation

CAUTION: Make sure that the harness grommet of the garnish assembly is securely installed. If not properly installed, this may cause leaks.
  1. Install the switch request (lock).
  2. Install the switch opener rear gate. Refer to SECURITY AND LOCKS>Rear Gate Opener Button>INSTALLATION .
  3. Install the garnish assembly rear gate LWR. Refer to EXTERIOR/INTERIOR TRIM>Rear Gate Garnish>ASSEMBLY .
  4. Install the garnish assembly rear gate. Refer to EXTERIOR/INTERIOR TRIM>Rear Gate Garnish>INSTALLATION .
  5. Install the trim panel assembly rear gate LWR. Refer to EXTERIOR/INTERIOR TRIM>Rear Gate Trim>INSTALLATION .
  6. Connect the ground terminal to battery sensor. Refer to REPAIR CONTENTS>NOTE>BATTERY .
