Inspection steps:
- Using the Subaru Select Monitor, perform the clear memory of [Telematics]. Ref. to COMMON (diag)>CLEAR MEMORY .
- Usina the Subaru Select Monitor, read the DTC of [Telematics] to check that there is no DTC displayed. Ref. to TELEMATICS SYSTEM (DIAGNOSTICS)>Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) .NOTE: If the DTC is displayed on the screen, the trouble is still present. Perform the diagnosis according to DTC. After solving the DTC, repeat from step 1).
- Turn the Ignition switch to OFF.
- Close all doors. (The vehicle enters CAN sleep state.)
- Wait for approx. 3 minutes. After the indicator aoes off, wait for another 1 minute. (DCM standby mode)
- Turn the ignition switch to ON, and wait for 5 seconds or more.
- Usina the Subaru Select Monitor, read the DTC of [Telematics] to check that there is no DTC displayed. Ref. to TELEMATICS SYSTEM (DIAGNOSTICS)>Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) .NOTE: If the DTC is displayed on the screen, the trouble is still present. Perform the diagnosis according to DTC. After solving the DTC, repeat from step 1).
