Front Engine Oil Cooler Pipe

  1. Connect the water hose to the front engine oil cooler pipe.
  2. Install the front engine oil cooler pipe together with the water hose.
    NOTE: When connecting the water hose to the engine oil cooler, align the direction of the clip within the range shown in the figure.

    Tightening torque: 

    6.4 N.m (0.7 kgf-m, 4.7 ft-lb)

  3. Connect the connector (D) of oil pressure switch and the connector (E) of engine oil temperature sensor.
  4. Install the clip (B) and clip (C), and connect the connector (A) of oil level switch harness.

  5. Install the center exhaust pipe (front). Ref. to EXHAUST (H4DOTC)>Center Exhaust Pipe>INSTALLATION>CENTER EXHAUST PIPE (FRONT) .
  6. Install the reservoir tank. Ref. to COOLING (H4DOTC)>Reservoir Tank>INSTALLATION .
  7. Connect the ground terminal to battery sensor. Ref. to REPAIR CONTENTS>NOTE>BATTERY .
  8. Fill engine coolant. Ref. to COOLING (H4DOTC)>Engine Coolant>REPLACEMENT>FILLING OF ENGINE COOLANT .
