Engine Intake System (Induction) And Turbocharger: Intercooler: Removal

1. Release the spring lock of the intake duct No. 2.
   NOTE: Move the both ends of the spring to the cutouts of the intake duct No. 2 using a flat tip screwdriver wrapped with protection tape.

2. Remove the bolts securing the intercooler from the throttle body stay, intercooler stay RH and intercooler stay LH.

3. Remove the intercooler stay RH from the intake manifold assembly and remove the intercooler and intake duct No. 3 as a unit.

4. Remove the bolts which secure the vacuum pipe assembly stay to the intercooler stay LH, and remove the intercooler stay LH from the intake manifold assembly.
