Rear Lock Button: Removal
NOTE:
The rear lock button is integrated with the switch opener rear gate.
- Disconnect the ground terminal from battery sensor. Ref. to GROUND TERMINAL REMOVAL OR INSTALLATION .
- Remove the garnish assembly rear gate. Ref. to EXTERIOR/INTERIOR TRIM>REAR GATE GARNISH>REMOVAL .
- Remove the garnish assembly rear gate LWR. Ref. to EXTERIOR/INTERIOR TRIM>REAR GATE GARNISH>DISASSEMBLY .
- Remove the switch opener rear gate. Ref. to SECURITY AND LOCKS>Rear Gate Opener Button>REMOVAL .
- Remove the screws, and remove the switch request (lock).
