Radiator Main Fan And Fan Motor: Assembly

Install the new radiator main fan shroud side gasket to the radiator main fan shroud.
NOTE: Install the radiator main fan shroud side gasket by aligning its cutout portion with the L-shaped rib (a) at the top of the radiator main fan shroud.

Install the main fan motor to the radiator main fan shroud.
Tightening torque:

4.4 N.m (0.4 kgf-m, 3.2 ft-lb)

Install the radiator main fan to the main fan motor.
CAUTION: Always use new nuts (with locking agent).

Tightening torque:

3.4 N.m (0.3 kgf-m, 2.5 ft-lb)

Install the main fan motor connector to the radiator main fan shroud.
