Disc Rotor Thickness Check

Remove the caliper body. Ref. to BRAKE>FRONT DISC BRAKE ASSEMBLY>REMOVAL .

Set a micrometer 10 mm (0.39 in) inward from the brake disc front outer perimeter, and then measure the disc rotor thickness (a).

Disc rotor thickness	28 mm (1.1 in)	26 mm (1.02 in)

If the wear limit is exceeded in the inspection, replace the brake disc front.
