Water Tank Pipe Assembly

Install the thermostat. (CVT model) Ref. to COOLING (H4DOTC)>THERMOSTAT>INSTALLATION>WATER TANK PIPE SIDE .
Install a new gasket. (MT model)

Install the cover. (MT model)
Tightening torque:

6.4 N.m (0.7 kgf-m, 4.7 ft-lb)

Install the water hose (A) and preheater hose (B).

Install the engine coolant temperature sensor. Ref. to FUEL INJECTION (FUEL SYSTEMS) (H4DOTC)>ENGINE COOLANT TEMPERATURE SENSOR>INSTALLATION .
