Section 30 (Engine Intake System (Induction)): Turbocharger: Assembly

Install the stud bolt using TORX® E10.
Tightening torque:

14.7 N.m (1.5 kgf-m, 10.8 ft-lb)

Install the water pipe using a new gasket.
Tightening torque:

32 N.m (3.3 kgf-m, 23.6 ft-lb)

Install the oil pipe (A), water pipe (B) and water hose (C) using new gaskets.
Tightening torque:

T1: 6.4 N.m (0.7 kgf-m, 4.7 ft-lb)

T2: 16 N.m (1.6 kgf-m, 11.8 ft-lb)

T3: 32 N.m (3.3 kgf-m, 23.6 ft-lb)
