Clutch Disc and Cover: Removal

  1. Remove the transmission assembly.

    6MT (TY75) model: 

    Refer to MANUAL TRANSMISSION AND DIFFERENTIAL(6MT) (TY75)>MANUAL TRANSMISSION ASSEMBLY>REMOVAL .

    6MT (TY85) model: 

    Refer to MANUAL TRANSMISSION AND DIFFERENTIAL(6MT) (TY85)>MANUAL TRANSMISSION ASSEMBLY>REMOVAL .

  2. Attach the ST on the flywheel.

  3. Remove the clutch cover and clutch disc.
    NOTE:
    • Take care not to allow oil to touch the clutch disc face.
    • Do not disassemble the clutch cover or clutch disc.
  4. Remove the release bearing & lever. (Except for STI model) Refer to CLUTCH SYSTEM>RELEASE BEARING AND LEVER>REMOVAL>EXCEPT FOR STI MODEL .
