Engine Starting System & Charging System (2.5L): Generator: Removal

1. Disconnect the ground cable from battery.
2. Remove the V-belt covers.

3. Disconnect the connector and terminal from generator.

4. Remove the front side belt. Refer to MECHANICAL(STI)>V-BELT>REMOVAL>FRONT SIDE BELT .
5. Remove the bolts which install the generator onto bracket.
