Front Bearing Retainer: Assembly

Install a new oil seal using the ST1 and ST2.
CAUTION: Be careful not to damage the oil seal lip.

NOTE: Apply transmission gear oil to the oil seal lips.

Preparation tool:

ST1: REPLACER 42 (09951-00420) ST2: HANDLE 100 (09951-07100)

Insertion depth from the mating surface of the front bearing retainer:

11.1 - 11.9 mm (0.44 - 0.47 in)
