Rear Door Glass: Installation

  1. Install the glass assembly rear door.
  2. Install the glass assembly rear door partition.
  3. Install the sash assembly rear door partition.
    1. Temporarily install the sash assembly rear door partition.
    2. Tighten the screws and bolts in the numerical order as shown in the figure.

      Tightening torque: 

      T1: 2.2 N.m (0.2kgf-m, 1.6ft-lb)

      T2: 7.5 N.m (0.8kgf-m, 5.5ft-lb)

  4. Install the running channel rear door.
    NOTE:

    Check that the running channel is securely fixed to the door panel assembly and to the sash assembly. 

  5. Install the trim panel rear door. Ref. to EXTERIOR BODY PANELS>Sealing Cover>INSTALLATION > REAR SEALING COVER
  6. Connect the ground terminal to battery sensor. Ref. to EXTERIOR/INTERIOR TRIM>DOOR TRIM>INSTALLATION .
  7. Connect the ground terminal to battery sensor. Ref. to REPAIR CONTENTS>NOTE>BATTERY .
  8. Perform the initial setting of the power window system. Ref. to GLASS/WINDOWS/MIRRORS>POWER WINDOW SYSTEM>OPERATION
