Diagnostic procedure:
- Start the engine.
- Check the readiness code of [Transmission] using Subaru Select Monitor and confirm that the diagnosis is not completed. Ref. to TRANSMISSION (DIAGNOSTICS)>ALL READINESS DIAGNOSTIC CODE(S) .
- Using the Subaru Select Monitor, perform the clear memory of [Transmission]. Ref. to COMMON (DIAGNOSTICS)>CLEAR MEMORY
.CAUTION: After performing the clear memory, do not turn the ignition switch to OFF.
- Depress the brake pedal and move the select lever to each range at an interval of 5 seconds.NOTE: Move the select lever in the following order: "P" → "R" → "N" → "D" → "N" → "R" → "P".
- Check the readiness code of [Transmission] using Subaru Select Monitor and confirm that the diagnosis is completed. Ref. to TRANSMISSION (DIAGNOSTICS)>ALL READINESS DIAGNOSTIC CODE(S) .
