Master Cylinder: Assembly

Apply grease to the area shown in the figure.
Preparation items:

Grease: Silicone grease G-40M or equivalent

Install the spring, piston, and push rod.
CAUTION: Be careful not to scratch the inside of master cylinder.
Install the snap ring.
Install the seal reservoir.
Install the reservoir tank.
Use a pin punch and a hammer to install the pin.
Install the reservoir tank cap.
Install the clutch hose and clutch pipe. Ref. to CLUTCH SYSTEM>CLUTCH PIPE AND HOSE>INSTALLATION .
