Input Shaft

Select the snap ring.

Select a suitable snap ring so that the clearance "C" between the input shaft bearing and snap ring is within the specified value.

NOTE: The snap ring is a non-reusable part.

Specification:

0 - 0.1 mm (0 - 0.004 in)

Service limit:

0.1 mm (0.004 in)

Install the synchronizer ring No. 2.
NOTE: Apply transmission gear oil to the synchronizer ring No. 2.
