Keyless Access Control Module: Installation

CAUTION: When the immobilizer related parts have been replaced, be sure to perform the registration of immobilizer system.
  1. Install the keyless access control module.
    1. Install the keyless access control module.
    2. Connect the connector.
  2. Install the panel instrument passenger. Ref. to EXTERIOR/INTERIOR TRIM>GLOVE BOX>INSTALLATION>BACK PANEL .
  3. Install the light pocket. Ref. to LIGHTING SYSTEM>LED ILLUMINATION LIGHT>INSTALLATION>GLOVE BOX LIGHT .
  4. Install the ornament panel mid passenger. Ref. to EXTERIOR/INTERIOR TRIM>CENTER CLUSTER>INSTALLATION .
  5. Install the pocket COMPL. Ref. to EXTERIOR/INTERIOR TRIM>GLOVE BOX>INSTALLATION>GLOVE BOX LID .
  6. Connect the ground terminal to battery sensor. Ref. to REPAIR CONTENTS>NOTE>BATTERY .
  7. When the keyless access control module was replaced, perform the following steps.
    1. Register the immobilizer. Ref. to SECURITY AND LOCKS>GENERAL DESCRIPTION>SPECIFICATION>IMMOBILIZER REGISTRATION .
    2. Read the [Keyless Access with Push Button Start (Collation)] customizing information. Ref. to KEYLESS ACCESS WITH PUSH BUTTON START (DIAGNOSTICS)>CUSTOMIZE .
