Outer Mirror Assembly: Assembly

CAUTION: Be careful not to catch the harness in between the parts.
  1. Install the light assembly side turn mirror. (Model with side turn signal light)
    1. Connect the connector.
    2. Install the light assembly side turn mirror.
  2. Install the Blind Spot Detection/Rear Cross Traffic Alert system indicator. (Model with Blind Spot Detection/Rear Cross Traffic Alert system)
    1. Install the Blind Spot Detection/Rear Cross Traffic Alert system indicator.
    2. Connect the connector.
    3. Install the waterproof packing.
  3. Install the cover cap outer mirror LWR.
  4. Install the cover cap outer mirror.
  5. Install the mirror repair.
    1. Connect the connector. (Model with mirror heater)
    2. Install the mirror repair.
  6. Connect the ground terminal to battery sensor. Ref. to REPAIR CONTENTS>NOTE>BATTERY .
  7. For models with Blind Spot Detection/Rear Cross Traffic Alert system, perform operation check of Blind Spot Detection/Rear Cross Traffic Alert system. Ref. to BLIND SPOT DETECTION/REAR CROSS TRAFFIC ALERT (DIAGNOSTICS)>BASIC DIAGNOSTIC PROCEDURE .
