Reverse Automatic Braking Control Module: Removal

CAUTION: Before handling the airbag system components, refer to "CAUTION" of "General Description" in "AIRBAG SYSTEM". Ref. to AIRBAG SYSTEM>GENERAL DESCRIPTION>CAUTION .

NOTE: The Reverse Automatic Braking Control Module is installed under the front seat LH. Remove the Reverse Automatic Braking Control Module after sliding the front seat LH as necessary.

1. When replacing the sonar control module assembly, store the [Reverse Automatic Braking] customizing information. Ref. to COMMON (DIAGNOSTICS)>CUSTOMIZE>OPERATION > SAVE SETTINGS / READ SETTINGS .
2. Disconnect the ground terminal from the battery sensor, and wait for at least 60 seconds before starting work. Ref. to REPAIR CONTENTS>NOTE>BATTERY .
3. Remove the sonar Control Module assembly.
   1. Remove the nut to remove the harness clip.
   2. Disconnect the connector and remove the sonar Control Module assembly.
