RWAL Power Relay
- Disconnect negative battery cable. Remove radio speaker (if equipped) from lower left side of dash. Remove engine ECM with cover, bracket and fuse box from steering column holder.
- Disconnect Yellow connector from RWAL power relay. Remove relay. Check continuity across relay terminals No. 3 and 4. See Figure . If resistance is greater than 30 ohms, replace RWAL.
- Check resistance across relay terminals No. 2 and 4. Reading should be infinite. Continuity should exist between terminals No. 2 and 4 with battery voltage and ground applied to terminals No. 1 and 3. If relay does not test as indicated, replace relay.
