Shift Control Lever Assembly Installation

1. Install the bolts and the shift control assembly.
   1. Tighten the bolts to 8 N.m (71 lb-in).

2. Install the shift control cable onto the bracket and tighten the nut.
3. Install the shift control cable adjuster pinch nut.
   1. Tighten the shift control cable adjuster pinch nut to 8 N.m (71 lb-in).

4. Connect the electrical switch connectors.
5. Install the floor console. Refer to FLOOR CONSOLE INSTALLATION .
6. Connect the negative battery cable.
