Crankshaft Position (CKP) Sensor Removal and Installation: Removal

  1. Disconnect negative cable at battery.
  2. Remove generator. See GENERATOR REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION
  3. Disconnect CKP sensor connector.
  4. Remove CKP sensor (1) from cylinder block.
