Sensor Cluster - ESC - Remove And Replace: Installation

  1. Install the ESC sensor cluster to the body.
  2. Install the nuts (x2) that attach the ESC sensor cluster to the body (torque 6 N.m).

  3. Position the acoustic padding back over the ESC sensor cluster, and then secure the edges of the padding with tape.

  4. Connect the electrical harness to the ESC sensor cluster connector.

  5. Install the center console assembly. See Center Console Assembly (Remove and Replace) .
  6. Connect a laptop running Toolbox 2 to the vehicle.
  7. Update the vehicle firmware. See Firmware Update .
  8. In Toolbox, select Panels > Suspension > ESP Configuration  , and then click Play.
  9. Disconnect the laptop from the vehicle.
