1978-79 Models
- Disconnect 2 tap vacuum hoses from vacuum modulator. Plug one nipple with finger and blow into other nipple. Air should come out of filter area.
- Start engine and set at 2000 RPM. Repeat blowing test. There should be strong resistance to air flow. If valve does not respond as described, it must be replaced.
