Vacuum Transmitting Valve (VTV): Tercel

The VTV is located in vacuum hose between BVSV and vacuum switch. See Figure or Figure. Check VTV by blowing air into each side. Verify air flows without resistance from Black side of valve to Purple side of valve. Air should flow with difficulty from Purple side of valve to Black side. If VTV does not function as described, replace valve.
