Cold Start Injector: Installation

1. To install, reverse removal procedure using NEW gaskets. Tighten cold start injector bolts and union bolts for cold start injector fuel pipe to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS .
   CAUTION: Cooling system must be properly bleed when refilling cooling system. See COOLING SYSTEM BLEEDING .
2. Fill and bleed cooling system. Refer to COOLING SYSTEM BLEEDING . Operate fuel pump and check for fuel leaks. See FUEL PUMP OPERATION under FUEL SYSTEM in BASIC TESTING - 2.0L (TURBO) article.
