Anti-Theft Horn Circuit

Turn ignition off and disconnect ATS ECU connector. Ensure battery voltage exists between ground and ATS ECU connector terminal A11 (Violet/White wire). If battery voltage is not present, check HAZ/HORN fuse. If HAZ/HORN fuse is okay, go to next step.
