Trunk Lid Key Lock & Unlock Switch Circuit

Turn ignition switch to OFF position and disconnect ATS ECU connectors. With key not turned, ensure no continuity exists between ground and ATS ECU connector "B" terminal No. 1 (Black wire). If continuity exists, repair short in unlock switch circuit. If continuity does not exist, turn key, unlock trunk lid and ensure continuity exists. If continuity does not exist, repair open in unlock switch circuit. If continuity exists, check ATS ECU. See PIN VOLTAGE TESTS . If found to be defective, replace ATS ECU and retest system.
