Tailgate, Liftgate Unlock Detection Switch
Inspect rear tailgate, liftgate unlock detection switch continuity by measuring between specified tailgate or liftgate lock actuator terminals. See TAILGATE, LIFTGATE UNLOCK DETECTION SWITCH CONTINUITY table. If continuity is not as specified, replace tailgate or liftgate lock actuator. See Fig 1.
