NOT Using TOYOTA Hand-Held Tester

Using special tool (09843-18040), connect terminals Ts and CG of DLC3. Start engine. Check that the ABS warning light blinks. If it does not blink, inspect the ABS warning light circuit and Ts circuit. See SYSTEM TESTS  . While the vehicle is stationary, release the brake pedal for 1 sec. Then depress the brake pedal with a force of 10 kgf (98 N.m) for more than 1 second. While the vehicle is stationary, quickly depress the brake pedal. At this time, ABS warning light remains lit for approximately 3 seconds.
