Engine Cooling System: Radiator: Installation

Install radiator.
Install the radiator with 4 bolts.
1. Torque: 12 N.m (120 kgf.cm, 8.7 ft.lbf)
NOTE:
Insert the tabs of the radiator support through the radiator service holes.

A/T: Connect oil cooler hoses
Install radiator No.2 fan shroud.
Connect lower radiator hose.
Connect radiator reservoir hose.
Connect upper radiator hose.
Install radiator grille.
Install the radiator grille with 7 clips.
Fill with engine coolant.
Start engine and check for coolant leaks.
