Air Conditioner Control Assembly: Overhaul

REMOVE AIR CONDITIONER CONTROL ASSEMBLY (See GAUGES & INSTRUMENT PANELS )
REMOVE HEATER CONTROL HOUSING SUB-ASSEMBLY
1. Release the 4 fitting claws, remove the 5 screws.

2. Disconnect the connector, remove the heater control housing sub-assy.

REMOVE AIR CONDITIONING CONTROL BULB
1. Remove the air conditioning control bulb from the heater control base sub-assy.
REMOVE HEATER CONTROL BASE SUB-ASSEMBLY
1. Remove the 9 screws and heater control base sub-assy.

INSTALL AIR CONDITIONING CONTROL BULB
1. Install the air conditioning control bulb to the heater control base sub-assy.
