Section 375 (Air Conditioning System): Refrigerant: Replacement

- DISCHARGE REFRIGERANT FROM REFRIGERATION SYSTEM
- Turn the A/C switch ON.
- Operating the cooler compressor at the engine rpm of approx. 1,000 for 5 to 6 min., circulate the refrigerant and collect compressor oil remaining in each component into the cooler compressor as much as possible.
- Stop the engine.
- Let the refrigerant gas out.

- CHARGE REFRIGERANT
- Using a vacuum pump, evacuate system. .
- Charge refrigerant, HFC-134a (R134a).
- Standard: 550 +/- 50 g (19.37 +/- 1.76 oz.)

- WARM UP ENGINE
