Rear Heater Control Assembly: Installation

Installation is in the reverse order of removal (See  REMOVAL  ). 

1. After Installation, Check Heater Control Lever Operation 

   Move the control lever left and right checking for stiffness and binding of the full range of the lever.

   If there is stiffness or binding, proceed to next step.

2. Adjust Heater Control Cable 
   1. Set damper control lever to "WARM" position.

   2. Set the rear heater control lever to "WARM" position, install the control cable and lock the clamp.
      NOTE: Lock the clamp while lightly pushing the outer cable in the direction of the arrow, as shown in Fig 1.
