Charging System - Generators & Regulators: Generator: Installation

Install Generator
1. Install the 2 bolts and generator.
  1. Torque:
  2. 14 mm head 25 N.m (250 kgf.cm, 18 ft.lbf)
  3. 17 mm head
  4. 1ZZ-FE: 54 N.m (550 kgf.cm, 40 ft.lbf)
  5. 2ZZ-GE: 58 N.m (590 kgf.cm, 43 ft.lbf)
2. 2ZZ-GE:
  Install the generator bracket with the 2 bolts.
  1. Torque:
  2. 29 N.m (295 kgf.cm, 21 ft.lbf)
3. Connect the generator connector.
4. Connect the generator wire, and install the nut and rubber cap.
5. Connect the generator wire, and install the rubber cap and nut.
